Anyway:

A lot of mispellings in the intro.
No graphics in the intro or end.
I don't really get it...
How would man die if the other team won since there were people on the other team?

Too many bugs...
When your military decides it'll not work for half the game. Like, when your towers make the other dude be immortal and kill you off untill you load a game and wreck all the damn towers.
It's a little slow later on.
No score at the end.
It's tilted to the side making some of your base less effective.

Suggestions:

Give the intro graphics.
Give the ending graphics.
Make an overall score.
Make an underground area that the other dudes can't get to.
Make each building have 5 upgrades.
Allow me to build roads, walls, and anything else that's there that I can't build.
Make the base simetrical.
Allow me to change views(would require more graphics, but it's possable).
Make more than soilders and workers.
Give the other team a base that I can wreck(and I get to invade at the 3000th turn).
Make me be able to make unit creators that, when used, spawn a unit that runs towards the other dudes(and it'll fight their stuff and goes back to your base when it reaches the end of the screen).
Make it so that you can build elevated ground. This is like normal ground except it takes longer to move on. You can build this on spaces that don't have tiles and can it has 3 heights.
Make it so that you can build pits. These are identical to elevated ground.
Make it so that you can convert the other dudes and launch them through the unit creators that I talked about earlier.
Make gaurd towers fire at anything within a 5 square radius of it.
